The new Final Service Email Template brings everything from a completed job into one clear, professional message, so your customers get all the details they need in one place.
Instead of sending multiple follow-up emails, this improved template delivers a single, branded thank-you email from your company. It includes your logo, date of service, technician name, technician notes, and an optional photo of the technician (if added to their user profile).
The email then displays the invoice with line items, links to accept if not already approved, and a convenient payment button. Below that, customers can view any job photos you’ve selected to include. For pool service businesses, the template also automatically includes chemical history levels from the integrated Orenda chemical tracker.
How to Enable for Existing Customers
- Go to Settings
- Select Email Options under Email/SMS
- Uncheck “Use old accounting email templates”
- Navigate to Email/SMS → Accounting Templates
- You’ll see the Final Service Email Template, ready for customization
New customers will have the Final Service Email Template set as the default automatically.
